Privacy Policy.

We collect only what you choose to send us. When you request a quote, that is your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the service you are interested in, how you would like it handled (on-site or mail-in), your preferred timing, and the notes you write about your shoes or gear.

If you entered a past promotion on this site, we also received the details you entered on that form, such as social media handles you chose to share.

We use your information to answer your request, prepare a quote, schedule and deliver service, and follow up about that service. If you opted in to hear about promotions, we may also send you news and offers from Fairway Fresh.

If you give us a phone number or email address, we may call, text, or email you about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to the message or by contacting us using the details below.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and keep our customer records, including our website host and our customer contact software. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to keep ordinary business records, or until you ask us to delete it.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fairwayfreshllc.com and we will take care of it.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.

Questions about this policy may be sent to hello@fairwayfreshllc.com or (817) 952-9167. See also our Terms of Use.
